Please pray for R.G. Gray. R.G., the son of Pastor Bob Gray II, is going into surgery tomorrow for an aneurysm in his arm. R.G. has had to go through several surgeries and this one seems to be very serious for this young man. He is a great young man who has faced many health issues in his young life. Please pray that God will guide the doctors hands and that his surgery will be a success. Thank you for your prayers.
GOOD REPORT
Mrs. Diane Lamb received a good report from the doctors that they will take a wait and see approach to the tumor in her brain. They said the tumor is very small and that she could live her whole life with this without it being a problem. Praise the LORD for this good report. Please continue to keep her in your prayers that God will completely remove the tumor.
Samuel Aquino needs your fervent prayers. Samuel is the 2 year old son of Pastor Joshua Aquino, who pastors the Lighthouse Bible Baptist Church in Dinuba, California. Samuel was diagnosed with a cyst in his brain in December of 2012. In July 2013, he had a follow up MRI and the cyst had grown remarkably enough to put pressure on his brain. This larger cyst causes him to have seizures and headaches. They also found a new cyst emerging in the brain area as well. The parents are meeting with doctors, and it looks like this young baby is going to have surgery on his brain to have these cysts removed. Please pray for the young boy and his parents. Pray also that the doctors will have the wisdom to properly treat this young boy. We will keep you updated as to his condition.
Please pray for Mrs. Diane Lamb, the wife of Pastor Mike Lamb. Pastor Lamb has pastored the Landmark Baptist Church in Parkersburg, West Virginia, for many years. This past week he relayed to me that his wife has been diagnosed with a tumor in her brain. The doctors say that the tumor is embedded, but they do not know if it is cancerous. Please seriously pray for God’s healing hand on this dear lady, and that God would give the doctors wisdom as they deal with this situation. Pray for the family as they are concerned for their wife and mother.
On June 21, 2013, Pastor William Tyson, pastor of Woodlawn Baptist Church in Bowie, MD, texted me and asked me to pray for his mother-in-law, Joyce Messersmith. During a medical procedure she had a major stroke. Doctors said that she should regain movement after the swelling on her brain goes down. Please pray that this does happen and that the pain she is in will subside.
Thank you for praying for Karie and our family during this time! I apologize for not sending an update sooner. My children and I arrived in Pittsburgh from Cameroon on Wednesday evening, June 5. Upon our arrival, we had some health issues with some of the kids, but now they seem to be doing well. Thank you for understanding!
Karie has spent 17 days in various hospitals. During the past several weeks she has experienced a cascade of heath problems starting with malaria, then continuing with atypical pneumonia, myocarditis, pericarditis and some form of pancreatitis, along with other organs being affected. She has had the best of care and is showing improvement. Please continue to pray for God’s complete healing and full recovery. I will continue to give updates. Thank you for all the care and concern during this time.

Bro. Nathan Owens
I talked to both Dr. Cox and his son a couple of days ago, and it seems as if Bro. Cox is doing well. He still needs your prayer as they are trying to regulate his heart rhythm and sugar. Being a diabetic has complicated his recovery, but they are positive that they will soon get everything under control. Your concerns for Bro. Cox are appreciated, and your prayers are still coveted.
This past Monday I talked to Bro. Nathan Owens and he told me that his wife is now in ICU. She has been having severe chest pains along with other complications. The doctors are running tests to figure out the best way to deal with her situation. She is still in serious condition. Bro. Owens and the children are flying back from Africa and should be back in the States by mid-week. Please pray that God would give the doctors wisdom on how to treat Karie, and the the finances for the family will be met.
I talked to Bro. Steve Cox this afternoon, and he told me his father, Dr. Darrell Cox, is doing well, but is in severe pain. His recovery from the double bypass surgery is doing well, with just a few glitches that the doctors are watching. Please continue to keep Dr. Cox in your prayers. Pray that God will help the pain to subside and give him a quick recovery.
