Is there a certain time of day to pray? I heard in the morning at noon and at night. I know it is sad to ask this question, could please guide me thank you. – Nelson
Answer:
Dear Friend,
I appreciate your question concerning when is a good time to pray. The Scriptures teach us that we should always pray. Luke 18:1 says, “And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;” In other words, God is teaching us that every time is a good time to pray. Furthermore, God teaches in 1 Thessalonians 5:17, “Pray without ceasing.” The Christian should have a prayer life.
But to be more direct with your question, there are several instances that God shows us that people prayed three times a day. I believe that you should daily have a set time of prayer. I believe according to Matthew 6:33 we should make this time in the morning. Though it would be good to spend time with God throughout the day, I believe if you will have a set time that it will help you to be consistent in your prayer life.
I hope this helps,
